Term Definition
1 QC User A named user with configurable permissions across Manufacturing, Incoming, and Supplier Quality Control modules - including inspection planning, SPC, NCRs, CAPAs, and gage management.
2 Connected Supplier A supplier organization with access to the 1factory supplier portal to submit first article inspections, PPAP packages, corrective action responses, and ongoing shipment certifications.
3 QMS User A named user with configurable permissions across the Quality Management System - including document control, training management, audit management, and corrective action workflows.
Subscription Term All plans require a minimum one-year subscription commitment. Pricing is billed annually at the start of each subscription term.
Terms of Service Use of 1factory software is governed by 1factory's Terms of Service.
